Online Purchase has not been delievered

  It has been almost a week since i ordered several items from Bestbuy.com. They were supposed to arrive by the 27th. The tracking on one item has not been updated since the 26th of July and reads "Friday, July 26 12:26 PM Transferred to local post office", while the other item's tracking information only reads as "Thursday, July 25 8:57 PM Shipment information sent to FedEx."

 I am requesting assistance in regards to the whereabouts of my order.
