Online Orders are getting cancelled everytime last two months but no help from bestbuy

Hi,

 

I am facing this problem (online orders are getting cancelled) for last 2 months and i have contacted best buy for help and filed a compaint but no proper response yet from best buy.

 

Every time, when i contact them, they say only one answer that they are investigating. how long does it take to find out the problem and fix the issue? i contacted best buy through chat or call almost 20 times but disappointed eveytime with the same answer...

 

I have visited the physial store, contacted bestbuy support, bank who issued the credit card and found each and every data is correct and there is no mismatch between bestbuy and credit card details to suspect there is some mismatch between deatils.

 

Best buy should know if you are cancelling the online orders, why you are cancelling them and inform the proper reason why you are cancelling them?

 

you just simply says, we were unable to verify the details...what details? you dont know why you cancelled the orders? then your systems are not designed properly, isn't it?

 

if orders are cancelling due to not an issue with details are mismatching and if there is possible fraud suspect and that is the reason for orders getting cancelled then you need to work in that way to confirm the orders are placing by the actual customer or not.

 

If orders are placing by the actual customers then you should check which rule or at what process orders getting canelled and remove the rule on that profile to allow the customers to place online orders.

 

I am keep following up to know the status for last two months and there is no progress at all. it is shame on best buy that you are unable to identify the problem and keep investigating for 2 months...

 

I am trying to help best buy giving info that orders are getting cancelled due to not an issue of details mismatch and i have mentioned i have confirmed all these deatils with best buy support and bank credit card details and every thing is good and mathing between two systems and there might be some other reason but you are not listening to me..

 

I need this issue has to be fixed before thanks giving day to place orders online and its not that we can go to store and buy because all items wont available in single store and online is the only one option left with us.

Using the email provided, upon registering for the forums, I was able to locate a case opened on your behalf yesterday morning.  A case manager should be assigned to this case and you should be hearing from one very soon, if you haven’t already. 

 

Continue to work with this representative and feel free to write back to us on the forums if you haven’t heard from anyone by Thursday.  I’d be happy to take a closer look into this for you if a case manager has yet to contact you by then!

Hi,

 

I have been contacted by a executive resolution team member today and informed my issue got resolved and i can place orders online.

 

I have placed an order to know the issue got resolved or not, order went through and waited for half an hour to see any cancellations but this time i did not see it so i confirmed issue got resolved.

 

Thanks for quick follow up and fixing the issue.  Kudos to your team who worked on it.
