Online Orders are getting cancelled everytime last 2-3 months but no help from bestbuy

Hello There,

 

I have been unable to make online purchases for the past 6 months and I have been actively trying to fix it for the past 2-3 months. I have contacted best buy multiple times for help and filed a complaint but it has been 2-3 months with no reply from best buy.

 

Every time, when I contact them, they give me the same answer, "We don't know why it isn't working, we are going to send this to our specialist team and they will get back to you withing 7-10 business days". How long does it take to find out the problem and fix the issue? I have contacted Best Buy's Support 4-5 times now over the span of 2-3 months!

 

I have visited the physical store, contacted bestbuy support multiple times, and yesterday I called my bank who issued the debit card and found each and every data is correct and there is no mismatch between bestbuy and credit card details to suspect there is some mismatch between details.

 

Best buy should know if you are cancelling the online orders, why you are cancelling them and inform the proper reason why you are cancelling them?

 

The emails just say, "we were unable to verify the details" ...what details?

 

I am able to validate everything.

 

Last night I called once again and I was told to try deleting my account to see if that fixes the problem. So I did and it didn't fix the problem. I lost my rewards points, purchase history, and now I still can't make online purchases. 

 

I need this issue has to be fixed very soon. I am missing promotions and Best Buy is losing my money to other stores. It's a lose-lose for everyone.

8/21/19 Update: I moved money to my paypal and I tried paying for the item with my PayPal and that didn't work. I also when into the store and purchased a $45 Best Buy Gift Card. I tried buying a pick-up-in-store item and the same thing happened, after 5 minutes they sent me a cancelation emailing saying they couldn't validate my information. I'm out of options. If BestBest.com won't accept it's own gift cards then I know there isn't anything more I can do from my side.

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for taking the time to tell us about these cancelled orders. I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be to spend so much time trying to get an answer only no to receive one. I would be happy to research these orders to try and figure out exactly what's happening. I will need a few more details so I can continue to investigate this.
