I've seen several similar post and am hoping someone can get in touch with me to fix whatever issue is occurding with my BB credit card where it is never accepted when placing an order on Bestbuy.com. I have been on the phone with Best Buy Credit Card folks when placing an order and they watch it go through and make sure it is approved, and the order is still cancelled. Not sure what is going on but would like to get this fixed.

Given everything that has been going on, it's understandable that you would like to place your orders online. It sounds like your orders may be cancelling automatically. This most commonly occurs when the billing information provided on the order doesn't match the information on file with the bank.
