I tried ordering a few games online using my Best Buy credit card it goes through checkout and then I get an email confirming the order only to get another email a few minutes later saying my order was canceled because they were unable to verify some information. This isn't the first time I've had this issue.

Do you have the physical card handy or did you just get approved and you don't have it yet.

Placing orders online is a great way to get some new gaming titles, and we are sad to hear that there was some problems with securing your order. Typically, this cancellation occurs when we are unable to verify the information you provided or the information you have on your credit card. Does the billing name and address you provided on the order match what your bank has on file for your credit card?
