Online Order

I recently ordered a new iPhone case off the website becuase it was on sale, but when it arrived yesterday I was disgusted to find it was a already opened product rather than a brand new one as advertised. Finger prints and smudges all over the case. But, because I needed the case I kept it. I just wanted BB to know how disappointed I am with my order and the fact I will not be buying from them online again. I will buy from the manufacture instead.

Hello MINURSE,

 

Welcome to our community.  There are times when I'm fine with purchasing an Open Box or refurbished product, but I tend to feel more comfortable buying a brand-new item whenever I can afford it.  The peace of mind knowing I am the first to have opened the packaging is a very comforting feeling, and I surely wouldn't feel so happy if I were to discover my "new" product had been opened prior to my receiving it.  I'm sorry for the disappointing experience.

 

If you haven't already, you are welcome to return or exchange this case at your local Best Buy store within your return period.  It doesn't sound like the case had been damaged, but I can see why this would still be disappointing nonetheless.  I hope you can accept my apologies for any frustration this incurred.
