Online Order!

I ordered an apple watch series 3 on bestbuy yesterday and I paid fast shipping so I can get it more quick than it would usually arrive. It kept saying that my order is in progress so the day after I ordered it I contacted bestbuy on their phone number. The person that was trying to help was very unhelpful and just sounded like he doesnt even want to do his job. He said there is nothing he can help me with because my order has been double whatever he used I forgot the word. He said my order will take 5 days and I paid fast shipping so that this doesnt happen. This is the second time this has happened to me. First with Staples and I came to bestbuy so then this doesnt happen to me and then it happens again. Never ever will I order again from bestbuy or anywhere. Will stick with Amazon and Apples services because its way better than all of the other ones. This is very frustrating!!
