Made an online purchase on 4/8 and BBuy site and transaction went through. Received a message from BBuy 4/14 that my order failed credit card authorization. I went to the order and updated the code on back of the gift card and the transaction will not authorize. I checked the Visa Gift Card site and it confirm the POS Pre-Auth was provided on 4/8 and the card balance was deducted. I called into BBuy support and they indicated they could not provide assistance. I searched online and it appears this is a known issue. Looking for BBuy Forum support to be of more assistance to either complete the transaction or credit the gift card balance back to Visa and I can use an alternate form of payment.
