Online Order Status, "In Progress"

At 2:00 am on 7/7 I purchased a Galaxy Watch Active online and paid for same-day shipping. My order status has been, "In Progress," all day, and it's now 7:00 pm. Under the shipment details, it does say arriving today. How quickly are order statuses updated once they're shipped? If I don't receive the item today, is the same-day shipping fee of $5.99 refunded?

I just received this message on my order tracking. "We're sorry, but this item is no longer available for same-day shipping. You still might be able to pick it up today at a Best Buy store. or you can choose a new shipping speed." I also received an email stating that I'll be credited the same-day shipping fee. When I clicked on, "Make Changes," nothing happens, because the order is being worked on. Do I have to do anything to change the shipping speed in order to still receive the order, or will my order ship as soon as it's available? I want to make sure it's not just sitting in limbo; I do still want to receive it.

It’s since been resolved and I was reimbursed the same-day delivery fee. Thank you for the follow up.
