So this is extremely frustrating.
Ordered an item on April 15, Picked up and processed by Canada Post on April 16th in Richmond BC. It is now April 24th (Expected Delivery with DELAY) and there has been NO UPDATE ON MY PACKAGE. Canada Post is no longer taking calls at all so there's no way I can find out information through them but it clearly looks like my package is lost.
Bestbuy has a 5 1/2 hour hold time, my only option at this point is to chargeback my credit card as a fraud purchase as the retailer failed to provide the item I purchased for $350.
