On Tuesday August 17, I placed an online order and the UPS tracking said the package was delivered on Aug 19 at front door. However, I cannot found my package so I believe my package was missing or stolen. Just wondering what you can do for this situation?

Depending on the dollar value of the item sometimes they can reship it and sometimes they will have to file a claim with the shipping company to see what happened. If the package says it was signed for , they should have a record on the signature.
Also, depending on the nature of the item you may need to file a report with law enforcement if it was determined to be stolen.
