I ordered a keyboard that was delivered Feburary 23. Not more than ONE day after that, I wanted to return it as it just doesn't fit what I wanted.
I tried to do it online, but the system tells me that I have to either return it to a store or contact the chat.
I can't return it to a store since I live overseas on a military assignment. There are no Best Buys here, but we do have a US post office.
I've tried to talk with 3 different customer agents since February 24. I've given them at least two emails for them to send the label to. I've tried calling with no help, and I've tried chatting and chatting with no help.
They keep assuring me that "the label will arrive in 2-12 hours" every single time in my email. NOTHING ever arrives. The only things that arrive are newsletters, reset password emails, and now an email to sign up for this forum.
Literally anything but the return shipping label arrives to my email, and every single day, my return window gets smaller and smaller.
Can someone just PLEASE manually email me a shipping label? I can not for the life of me figure out what the issue is with that. Your emails from your system do NOT arrive, despite how many times and alternate emails you tell me to create. I literally just want to print out the shipping label and send this keyboard back to you.
I also have another problem; I made an order on Feburary 27th for a power supply, but since then it's under the status "Ready to be shipped". Can someone also please look into this?

Thanks for getting back to me.
Issue 1) order # for the keyboard is: {removed per forum guidelines}
I just want a return label so I can return the keyboard. None of the emails I have given have worked so far, but maybe it will this time. Or please attach the return label as an image to this message.
Issue 2) Order ID: {removed per forum guidelines}
I bought the product February 27, but it's March 4th now and it still haven't been shipped. Status is "Ready to be shipped".
Please ship it ASAP, or I will be forced to do a chargeback as you've failed to send me the product within a reasonable time. (The website won't let me cancel the order).
