I ordered a 43 inch Samsung TV from the online store advertised for one day shipping and I couldn't have been happier. This morning however I got a message saying that the order has been delayed and the estimated arival date is September 20th which is a month away. I called a support person who told me theres nothing she can do and that I should go to my local best buy to buy another one (of which they have many in stock) and then when the one I had ordered arrives, bring it back to the store and return it. She also said that she cannot cancel or refund me the cost of the order so i would be paying for 2 which is a bit ridiculous. It seems to me that I should not be charged prior to a confirmation of shipment to prevent this but for the time being I am out almost $300 for the forseeable future with nothing to show for it. Common logic would say there is a way to resolve this but the Customer support person was not willing to help me find it. If anyone has found a way to resolve this I would greatly apprecate it.

Good evening, seansmit,
Although I wish your visit were under more fortunate circumstances, I do appreciate you connecting with us through our Support Forums. Regardless of the item, an order delay is easily one of the most frustrating parts of online shopping, and I’m sorry to hear this is the case with your recent TV order.
I’d like to look into the order further, and offer any additional assistance I can, however, there are a few pieces of additional information I’ll need from you. If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:
This should be enough information for me to begin my research. As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep your private information out of the public view of our forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
