I had ordered a Nintendo Switch a couple days ago and it said it was delivered to me at 5:05pm via OnTrac to my front door but it was not there.
The OnTrac tracking says signature is not required and I've looked around the outside of my house just in case they placed it in a safe spot due to the nature of the item but it was nowhere to be found.
I'm not sure what to do with this issue now, I've called Best Buy and they told me it says it hasn't been delivered even though it says it has been delivered both on OnTracs website and an email I recieved from Best Buy saying it was delivered.
