For the last 6 -8 months or so ALL of my best buy orders are cancelled within a few minutes of them being placed...
due to my information not being able to be verified ?
Each time i have contatcted Best Buy via Phone, its at leats an hour of being transferred to different people and each new person i have to explain the whole situation over and over again... with ultimately no resolve.
I have been told to check with my card companies, i have already tried 3 or 4 DIFFERENT cards and ALL my card / bank companys do Verify that the best buy payment DOES go through on their side, but BESY BUY is blocking / kicking it back.
My Credit cards,Debit cards,billing info and shipping adress are all the same and correct.
The one BB Agent mentioned that my BB Account could have been flagged for fraud,,, but i dont see why !!
(Ive had the same BB account for over 14 years )
I really hope someone can help me with this situation.
