On hold for 1hr 41minutes

All I wanted to do is file a formal complaint that my tv that I was supposed to receive on the 24th of August has been delayed until the 31st without so much as an apology. I called customer service and got put on hold. I was on hold for over 1hr 40minutes before I got so angry and put the phone down. Then I called back and someone picked up in 10 minutes. To top it off, they just told me to do it online and find the corporate email on Google. Which I can't find. I have now spent over 3hrs of my day trying to complain about my tv being delayed by a week for no reason. This is so unacceptable and best buy have left me furious. And I still havnt been able to file a formal complaint. Please someone help me before I explode.

While I wish your visit were under more fortunate circumstances, I do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us.  Regardless of the item, it’s often a frustrating experience when your order will take longer to get to you than originally anticipated, and I’m sorry to hear this is the case with your recent TV order. 


While we try to make sure we’re delivering orders to our customers by their estimated arrival date, there can be supply issues outside of our control that may delay your order’s delivery.  I apologize for the frustration this delay has undoubtedly caused, however, I am optimistic you’ll be receiving your TV soon.
