Hi,
I recently ordered a 400$ laptop from bestbuy, and it got lost. I immideatly contacted bestbuy the first person said offered me a replacent and I took the offer but it canceled for some reason. Then some other guy offered refund and after waiting a whole I still haven't received an email or refund. Today I received email telling me Bestbuy won't be giving me refund {removed per forum guidelines}.
Worst online retailer in the US (uses ontrac for some reason).
