Orders can cancel for a variety of reasons. Most times we’re just simply unable to verify a piece of information you had shared with us during check-out. It’s also possible that your order cancelled if it didn’t adhere to our Conditions of Use. Hockeycanuackjc shared a great link too! It’s important for our customer’s using an international credit card to follow the directions in our International Orders help guide.
