I've had the worst experience with my last two orders.
I ordered 2 philips hue lightstrips (ORDER #1), on the day the order was supposed to arrive, ONTRAC updated the tracking status to "DELIVERY REFUSED" - (ONTRAC NEVER SHOWED UP), and I got a notice that it was going back to best buy and I would get a refund.
I called BB support, they could do nothing. I called Ontrac, they called the driver, and told me that they are sending itg back to BB is bcause the package was "inappropriately sealed" ...
I need the items ASAP, so I place another order (ORDER #2).
YESTERDAY, despite both ontrac and BB telling me the original order would go back to BB, ORDER #1 SHOWS UP AT MY DOOR.
TODAY, ORDER #2 shows up, except Ontrac once again screws up and delivered it to my neighbor.
I'm already out an hour of my time dealing with BB and ontrac on the phone, and thirty minutes looking for my package that got delivered to the wrong house.
NOW i have a duplicate order, and will need to spend even more time to return the products to bestbuy.
Really, worst experience with you guys ever. You need to stop using Ontrac, PERIOD.
