ONLINE STORE PAYMENT PROBLEM!!!

I have a few questions about an order that I made online tonight. I have made an order to buy an HP laptop online and I am confused because the order I made says it is being processed but it says that my payment cannot be authorized. I was using my debit card as my payment option as it said online that they would accept either credit or debit card. I have checked my bank statement and it did not indicate that the payment has been made. I tried to contact online support but could not do so. So is there any way that someone can help me with my online order?  My online order number is:

We appreciate you thinking of Best Buy for the HP laptop you were interested in, although I wish you were not experiencing an issue using the form of payment you planned on. Both debit and credit cards are accepted online, so there may be something else holding things up. We’d be glad to see if we might be able to provide some insight, especially because time is of the essence for the item in question!

 

In some cases, orders may not go through if the information cannot be verified. I’d recommend confirming the information you’re entering in the “Bill To,” section matches exactly to what you have on file with your financial institution for the card you are using as payment. If you do not notice any discrepancies, please connect with us in Private Message, and we can determine if there is anything we can see from our end.
