I made a purchase on the Bestbuy ebay store named "best_buy" for samsung 970 evo plus 1tb and accidentally placed the wrong address. I messaged the seller to correct the address but no one has responded. I also tried the cancel the order and my request was rejected. Then it was shipped. What can I do to get help? I want to change my address!

It sounds like you had taken the correct steps in this matter, seeing as you would need to message the seller within your eBay account for an address update. Best Buy is unable to modify or assist with eBay orders after they are placed.
In addition, you may want to open a case within your eBay account if you don't receive the package, and our Best Buy Secondary Markets team should follow up with you. Also, if you've received a tracking number already for your order, you can try reaching out to the carrier directly to update your shipping address if at all possible.
