Note 8 Pre-order Accessories

I pre-ordered and then picked my note 8 at the Westland, MI store at which time I was asked to pick my accessories, I picked the Samgung Fast wireless charger and 128gig memory card and was then informed that these items would show up on my doorstep within 6-8 weeks. This took place back in September, the items have not yet arrived, so today I have spent 3 hours on the phone with various forms of Bestbuy support (mostly on hold) attempting to resolve this issue (case {removed per forum guidelines}, in this time frame I was disconnected twice. In one of these calls the agent attampted to contact the point of purchase, after more than 15 minutes waiting she informed me that upon connecting that she was disconnected and then shortly thereafter so was I. In my last attempt I requested and was denied escilation, which after so much time on the phone is not out of line. The original reason for my inquiry, was that I feared the items may have been delivered and stolen from my porch, but after my calls today I come to find that I these items were not ordered as I was informed when I picked up my phone. Please help me to resolve this issue as I do not believe further attempts via the phone will end in anything more than additional hold time and frustration.

It’s discouraging to hear that our agents over the phone didn’t point you in the correct direction when you gave them a call at 1-888-BESTBUY. I’m sincerely sorry for our delayed response due to the holiday season we’ve been busier than usual, and we’re doing our best to catch up. I'd be delighted to point you in the correct direction. 

 

Since you pre-ordered, and purchased at your local Best Buy in Westland you’d need to discuss this matter with them further. Have you visited your local Best Buy in Westland for further assistance? Do you know who assisted you when you picked up your Note 8 in September? Please note free items are typically provided at the time of purchase, and if they’d have to be ordered this would be noted on your purchase receipt.
