I have seen others post this problem before, but unfortunately this is happening to me. About three or four weeks ago I tried to log in to my Best Buy account to download a receipt after placing an online order for a pickup at our local Besy Buy. When I tried logging in to get to my account page, it said I was entering an incorrect password. After a few attempts I decided to clink "Forgot Password" and reset my password. The browser page said I would receive a verification code shortly, but I never received the code. I have tried a few times over the last three weeks to get in to my Besy Buy account but I never receive any confirmation codes. I also tried sending a private message from a thread with a similar problem but unfortunately that private message link did not work. I need access to this account so I can get a copy of my receipt and also of course to make more orders.
