Not receiving emails

Hello, 

 

 I'm not receiving emails from Bestbuy. I made a few purchases, no emails. I have a few offers (HBO max and shutterfly code) and I never received them. Anyone know why?

Welcome to our community forums. Emails are a great way to not only know about new sales but keep information on previous purchases. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us and would be glad to help you look into this.

 

Have you checked your Spam, Junk and Promotion folders to see if these emails are being filtered out of your inbox? If you haven't done so, I would also recommend adding BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your safe sender list or address book.

 

If you'd like, I would be glad to take a look here on my end to see if I can shed some more light on what's going on. I will need some more details to do so. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:

 

Full name

Email address

Phone number
