I bought a GE Profile Dishwasher and GE Microwave from Best Buy.com on October 22, 2022 and also scheduled Home Deliver and Take Away at the same time. I was given a delivery and installation date of November 8, 2022 for both items. The night before installation date (November 7, 2022), I got confirmation that both Items (GE Dishwasher and GE Microwave) would be delivered and installed the next day. On the morning of November 8, 2022, I got a call from the installer that they were bringing the GE Microwave but the GE Profile Dishwasher was backordered. So I called Customer Service and they rescheduled the GE Dishwasher for November 18, 2022. While on the phone with Customer Service I asked about the Price Match Guarantee and she said I would have to wait until the GE Dishwasher was delivered in order for the Price Match Guarantee to be applied. The GE Dishwasher was indeed installed on Friday, November 18, 2022. I called Customer Service today (November 21, 2022) and Customer Service told me that they are not honoring Price Match Guarantee until Tuesday, November 29, after the Black Friday Pricing is over. I went to the Price Match Guaranteed tab in Best Buy.com read the article and I don’t see any mention of waiting until November 29, 2022 and neither did Customer Service when I called to reschedule to GE Profile Dishwasher mention to me that I had to wait until November 28, 2022 for the Price Match Guarantee. I guess this is what the saying “Let the Buyer Beware” means. I am not buying appliances through Best Buy.com anymore. It seems that everybody is selling appliances on-line even Amazon. I can buy appliances anywhere and perform a balance transfer with my Credit Card Companies for between 12 – 18 months financing with no hassles. I bought the GE Profile Dishwasher for $1,034.99 and they are now showing a Best Buy.com price of $899.99 for a difference of $135.
