VERY disappointed with Best Buy and feeling duped on recent purchase. The picture Best Buy has of this item (still to the time of writing this - 9/9/19 4 pm EST). I bought this item based on the fact it was retro and had the cool fishbowl type glass coffee pot. But, I found, after ordering, that the pot this is shipping with, since approx. December 2018, was a bland modern looking Mr. Coffee type pot - lame. btw - I found this out in research on other sites review sections. I can't understand how other retailers have updated their picturres to show the pot it actually ships with, but Best Buy still shows only 1 picture and of the old pot. I tried to cancel my order after catching this, only a few days later, but was told that they could not cancel and I would have to wait until it was received and return to a local BB. The problem is that the ETA was 12 days!!?!?! So I would have to wait until then to return and get my Best Buy Gift Card I used for this refunded, in order to purchase a different $50 coffee maker online that will take another week to arrive. I utilized the chat feature on the site for help and they were pretty useless, stating they could not cancel since was shipping direct. I cited that I felt misled and duped into buying something based off of the picture and description on their site, hoping that since it was not due to arrive at my door for 10 more days, that they could cancel. They basically did nothing for me and when I asked to speak to their managers, they only would give me a 1-888 customer service # to call. No sorry about that, or thanks for telling us about the pic, here's a $25 credit to go towards new one to offset out of pocket until this one arrives in 10 days....NOTHING. Will be taking my business elsewhere AFTER I return the coffee maker and cash in the $50 on something in store as my LAST Best Buy purchase ever.

Thanks so much for joining the Best Buy Community forums. I know that aesthetic is important, and Id be disappointing if an item I bought didn't look like I was expecting.
We aren't able to cancel order after 30 minutes, as called out here, and we don't have a way to make it ship faster. I'm afraid our phone support was right when they let you know that you'd need to wait for the item to arrive and return it.
We do our best to post the most accurate information possible on our site, as noted here. Sometimes errors do pop up, and I'd like to correct this one if possible. To do so, I'll need a couple extra details from you. We would not offer any compensation for an item with an incorrect image, but I would appreciate your help in getting this fixed to help customers going forward.
