NordicTrack Bike Half Delivered

I purchased the NordicTrack Bike and only half of it was delivered last Wednesday. I have been trying to get the other half sent out and the customer service support I have received has been horrible. I keep getting transferred because no one knows what department can help me. I finally got through to the delivery department and they were supposed to call me back several times with an update as to where the rest of my bike was and they never called back. Today I called and when I asked for a supervisor I was hung up on. I called back again and then was transferred 3 times and put on hold for another 30 minutes. No one seems to be able to help me and the customer support is very disappointing.

Has not been resolved! I have been juggled around again online now to 3 people and was supposed to be contacted by a store manager and that was 2 days ago now. I just want a refund now!!!
