Non existent customer service

I returned my items last week and still have not received the refund. I ended up filing a Paypal dispute to get the cash component back to the credit card but my rewards were still not refunded.

 

I have contacted your Twitter support twice but they keep ignoring my DMs and Tweets. But they are responding to every one else. Can you please help?

Thanks for reaching out to us about your recent return. I can understand not getting the refund for the items that you returned is not an ideal situation. I'm glad to hear that you were able to get part of this back from PayPal, but I'd be happy to look into your rewards.
