Non-US order

Hello, I'm trying to buy a samsung watch for my aunt, who lives in the US as a present and I'll send it to her adress in Florida. But everytime I try to place my order it gets accepted and after a few minutes it gets cancelled. The email says they can't verify my informations. I've tried using the adress given at the website as my billing adress during checkout (10780 Kempwood Dr. Houston, TX 77043) once my actual billing adress is non-US but the same problem keeps happening. How can I proceed?

Thank you for sending us a private message and also posting publicly!  It's great to see that you're trying to make Best Buy your shopping destination for your gift to your aunt, and I'm hoping to point you in the right direction that will allow you to replace your cancelled orders. 

 

Using ourInternational Order FAQ page, I'm hoping you're able to give us a call over the phone at (800)237-8289. They should be able to gather all of your information to process your order, but please know many international card holding companies do not agree to our verification process so please have a different payment method if our agent requests this.  

I'll be here if you have any questions after you've called us over the phone, and I'm crossing my fingers the shopping experience can be quick and seamless!
