No way to get into contact with a manager

I been have this issue and getting the run around with customer service, there is never a manager on and barley any supervisors to speak to. I been hung up on dozen of times when being transferred and given the run around. I got blamed for Best Buy faults and practices got 2 case numbers and apparently employees love to say they are leaving notes and they don’t. The Supervisor I spoke to today gave me a case number tried to transfer me to an sales manager and they don’t apparently have those either. Throughout all of my hours of conversations with employees and supervisors they have determined I need a manager to fix my account with Best Buy.

Please provide assistance, all I wanted to do is order a tv... life shouldn’t be this difficult I can’t even order anything from Best Buy online it’s been about 17 days since I tried to make my order. I thought companies are happy to take their customers money.
