I just placed an order for a webcam, and at the end it gave me the chance to create an account by entering a password twice. When I click, I keep getting this error:
Sorry, we couldn't create your account. Please try again. 
The password complies with the requirements. I have no way to track my order but as a guest, which is far from ideal. I don't have a mobile phone to use the app. I can see no way to create a new account.
It's confusing how you offer no way to actually create an account except at the end of an order, and that option doesn't even work. Perhaps you should hire a professional to design your web pages.

In this case, I would recommend trying to create a new My Best Buy account online by visiting our website, clicking on the "Account" tab, and then on the "Create Account" link. This should allow you to create a new online account with us.
As for your existing order that you just placed, fear not, as you should still be able to track your order no problem, even without an account! Please visit our website using this link, and enter your order number, last name, and phone number in order to look up your order and see it's current status. Also, it's important to mention that we will keep you updated on the status of your order via email and you should also receive an email confirming the shipping of your order, along with the tracking number of your package so that you can track it!

I go to that page and click on the Canadian flag, then I get redirected to the CA-EN site. There, there is no "account" tab but a category at the bottom of the page titled "Account" with three links:
Order Status - takes me to Account Sign In page with option to check status as Guest.
Manage Account - takes me to Account Sign In page, with no option to _create_ an account.
Email Preferences - takes me to page to sign for mailing list.
There is no way to create a new account to track what you buy from the Canadian English site. I've spent over 30 minutes trying to find one. I'm on Firefox/Linux.
This is the page where all my inquiries end, and if I try my email and write in a password, it tells me they don't match any account:
