Hello, I placed a order on bestbuy.com 3 days ago with gift card, but after few minutes I got a email that my order got canceled because of the item is no longer available. But no refund back to my gift card. I made 3 calls through 3 days to the bestbuy support number, they all promised me it will be refunded in 24 hours. But there are many people on the support fourm didn't get a refund for over a month, please help

I have waited for a week since my order got canceled, still no refund to my gift card. throughout the time period I made 4 phone calls, 3 live chat o bestbuy customer support ,two people primised me refund with in next 24 hours, 1 person says 24-48 hours, and 1 person says 3-5 days, and one says 15 days. also sent 6 private message to the social media specialist, not a single response.
today I contacted FTC since theres no reachable help from best buy. If you are one of the social media specialist, please solve the issue. thank you.
