Hello. I hope this reaches the right person. I am so disappointed with customer service, to which I have communicated with at least a dozen times about my refund. I received a wrong item, returned the wrong item via ups, received at bestbuy warehouse on 2/1/23, guaranteed I would receive my refund by 2/24/23, and today I just received an email that I will not be getting a refund because they received the wrong item. Truly unbelievable!!! My name is {removed per forum guidelines}.

open a BBB complaint.. you will not get any help or fix via chat, support, phone.. even if they claim it's been forwarded to correct team.. nobody is actually fixing it .. i been waiting for months now.
