No refund after more than 2 months

I have two orders back in November that were never delivered. I reached out to customer support and they confirmed that the packages were lost and I will be refunded. Since then I have reached out to customer support many times because I never received any refund. I was told “in 1 or 2 days” “within 7 days” “within 1 billing cycle” and I waited patiently. But still no refund as of today. I ordered in November and it was inconvenient enough that the orders were not delivered, on top of that, it’s almost February and I still haven’t got any refund, plus all the time I wasted on trying to get the issue resolved including typing this. I hope you can resolve my issue otherwise I’ll have to copy paste this and file a complaint on BBB.
