Unfortunate as all this is, if you broke your headphones you cannot return them. The return period would only have been 14 days.
If they broke through some sort of manufacturers defect you will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
In order to get proof of purchase you would need the buyers credit card and photo id. However, from what you wrote this may not be possible.
