No order in purchase history

I placed an order on Friday, March 20th - received an email saying it was received but when I try to login there isn't anything there.  I was just looking for the status of it.  Thank you, Christina

Welcome and thanks for reaching out with your question! I love shopping online, especially when I’m logged into my account. Having all my purchase information in one place can make life so much easier.


From what you’ve said, when placing your order on Friday, it sounds like you may have checked out as a guest instead of logging into your account. If checking out as a guest, the purchase information wouldn’t show up in your account’s purchase history. In such a situation, you should still be able to check your order status from our website. Just select “Order Status” from the bar toward the top of and go to “Find a Guest Order.” From there, you’ll need to enter your order number, last name, and phone number and select “Find.” You should also still receive automatic email updates. This means that once your order begins the shipping process, you should receive and email with tracking information to keep an eye on the carrier’s progress. I hope this helps!
