No order confirmation

I ordered a refurbished Samsung s5 neo on bestbuy as a guest. Did not receive an order confirmation via email and i just see a pending transaction on my credit card. Is this common practice? A glitch? Have i been scammed? I did notice that the seller was a third party affiliated with best buy. If they are allowed to sell on bestbuy.com, some quality control would be nice.

We no longer offer third party sales on our US-based web site, but we do in Canada. Did you place your order at www.bestbuy.ca? If so, you’d want to reach out to a support team there, as we are set up to assist customers from our US-based site.

 

You can reach out to them here, or at (866) BESTBUY or (866) 237-8289. I think calling would be the best solution for you,a s we can likely look that order up with your name, email address, and phone number.
