I recently purchased an iPhone 11 pro. There were 2 perks when buying this item. A $50 e-giftcard and free apple music for 4 months. When i go to the website it says that i must confirm my email but no email was sent for me to confirm it. So i hit resend confirmation, it says it has been sent but still haven’t received it. The email on the account is correct so i don’t know what is going on. It also says that it sent me info on how to receive the apple music service but i haven’t received it either. i’m more concerned with the $50 giftcard than the apple music. Is there a way to email customer support?
