Hello, I wanted to reach out as I am having issues with bestuy.com. I have ordered 2 items over the last month and noticed I have not recieved any order confirmations, pick up confirmations or cancellation notices. My order and purchase history is blank online. I went to check my credit card and noticed my order from october 15 had be cancelled. I called over the phone and was told they would create a case number to resolve the online issues, case #: {removed per forum guidelines}. But they would not address that the technology issues caused this cancellation. I find this unfair as I was not given a chance to pick up this order on time and now the price of the item is much higher. I have purchased several item in past online from best buy and am upset that they would not work with me on this.

Thanking you for responding however it took too long to get assistance. I have ordered the item from some where else.

Your post was made on the 19th. Today is the 4th. Did you receive the message from the mods ?
