No email confirmation or charge on account for a placed guest order

I had placed an order for a new monitor about 30 minutes ago and was taken to a page to add the order to a BestBuy account. I went to go do this but the page glitched and I lost my order number. I am unsure if the order went through and it has just not processed the payment and sent the email or if I need to replace the order. I have the email and all the other info used for it but I don't have the order number so I am unable to look up if an order was actually placed.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I know what a pain it can be when a web site glitches like that and you're left not knowing if your order went through.

 

Can you please send me a private message through the link in my signature with your name, email address, and phone number, along with the product you ordered? That should let me check this out and see if that order was ever created.
