No customer service

Who do I contact to complain about the lack of response from the customer service department? I keep being told someone will call me back and no one ever does. Someone has to be responsible for all this? Who can I talk to so I don’t have to call and talk to someone who is going to tell me the same thing again? I’ve already spoken to a manger at the call center - they were also someone who didn’t call me back when supposed to... so, who do I talk to about my problem?

With all due respect, I am not going to explain the whole thing because I have explained it over and over and over agin and no one follows up. I am looking to find out who is the person who follows up when the manager in your customer service department doesn’t follow up after promising a customer a callback in 48 hours. I should have received the call on Saturday and no one has called. Who follows up with the manager? What is my recourse from here? If you are that person I will explain everything but if you are not- I am not going to waste my energy for you to tell me that someone else needs to follow up. Again.

I can certainly understand not wanting to explain your situation again and again.  Unfortunately, without that information, we have no basis to determine who you were speaking with, or about what situation, so that we can further assist.

 

I would encourage you to either post the situation here, or as Cameron suggested, send it to us in a Private Message, along with your name, email address, and phone number, so as to best assist.
