I bought an item online to be delivered to my home and after i checked out i never recieved a email with my confirmation. After severeal attempts of trying to find any evidence of my package the only thing i came up with was the money you took from my account. this is nothing less than shady business practice and will be reported to every outlet im aware of. I would like and order confirmation number immediatly so i know you have not just blatantly stolen my money.

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Best Buy forum! I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t receive a confirmation email when you placed your online order. Sometimes, emails from us may go to your spam, junk, or promotional folder instead of your normal inbox. I would advise that if you haven’t seen that email, to please double check those areas.
