No confirmation email on guest checkout

Hi. I made an online order this morning and have not recieved a confirmation email, despite my credit card being charged. I ordered as a guest and I'm really freaking out that you guys did not recieve my order and have just took my money. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for choosing Best Buy for your purchase! I understand how alarming it could be to see that your card has been charged, but you don’t have an order confirmation email. I went through a similar issue with a small business I like to frequent a few weeks ago. We’d be happy to see what light we can shed on this matter.

 

Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours to be sparked for purchases made on www.BestBuy.com. We understand due to our tardy reply it’s possible that you might not need assistance with this matter. If you are still in need, can you please send us a private message? Please include your full name, phone number, email address, and what you had purchased in that communication. A private message can be sent to us by choosing the blue “Private Message” in my signature.
