No Verification Code

As with several other users, I am unable to get a verification code after following all of the steps on the various forums. Obviously this is a huge issue with Best Buy and has been going on since at least 2020 -- almost 3 years at this point. 


Please give me a point of contact I can reach out to in order to gain access to my account. Please do not post any of the below steps because I've already done them all.


Best Buy's Recommendations Instead of Fixing Thier Software Issue:

  • Check Spam, Junk, Promotional, or Advertising folders you may have, as emails may be filtered.
  • Allow at least 15 minutes for the verification email to arrive.
  • Emails can sometimes be blocked. Try adding to your safe sender list or address book.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Attempt to have the verification code sent from another browser or device.
  • Ensure you are on a private, non-VPN network, and that any ad-blockers are turned off.
  • Double check that you are using the U.S./English version of whichever browser you are using.
  • Disable ad blockers.

Welcome to the Community Forums! We are happy to have you join us. Although, I do wish it were under happier circumstances. Not being able to access your account due to not receiving your verification code, is not a very welcome situation to experience.
