No Refund

I bought a washer from best buy that didn't fit in my home, the delivery man took one look when delivering and said it wouldn't fit, I asked them to cancel my order and they had it cancelled by the end of the day. I was happy with the cancellation process being so quick but the refund process I am very unhappy with. I spent 680$ on this washer . I had one person tell me the refund process is 3-5 days. The order was cancelled February 26th, I called the costumer service yesterday and she told me if it didn't come today to call the store I bought it from, It didn't come. I called the store I bought it from today and was told it could take 7 days and to wait till tomorrow, and if it doesn't come to contact my bank.. long story short I feel like I've been pushed around from person to person and I am starting to get upset. Today is march 5th and I still haven't received my refund and I still don't have a washer.

I regret to hear that your laundry needs are on hold as this new washer did not fit. I completely understand how important having a working washer and dryer is. I am also sure you may be feeling quite confused after hearing different answers on what kind of time table you should be expecting for your refund to return. Depending on the form of payment and the bank, the time table may vary.
