I had a price match done through chat. The rep said the order was placed and gave me an order number. However, it's been over an hour and I have yet to receive an email and it does not show up in my account purchases. I then had issues with the website and got myself locked out. After getting back in, still no email, still no order in purchase history. I want to make sure this order went through.
