Nintendo eshop card arrived not activated

Hello -  I ordered a Nintendo eShop gift card online as a gift and it arrived inactivated. How can this be fixed?

Re: Nintendo eshop card arrived not activated

Good evening, mryko121,

Welcome to our forums!  I can’t imagine you’ll have much use for an inactive Nintendo eShop card, so I can certainly understand your predicament.  Luckily, you’ve found our Support Forums, and I’ll be happy to offer my support!

In order for me to review this order further, I’ll just need a few pieces of information from you.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address

As you can imagine, you’ll want to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature, to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our Support Forums.  If you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.

Hope to hear from you soon,

Hey, mryko121,

It's been my pleasure to help!  I'm glad we were able to get that card up and running once again, and hopefully it's already been put to good use.  Smiley Happy
