I paid $27.98 to have a laptop, necessary for work, delivered. It is now the following day and still no delivery. I tracked it all day and it showed package in CA all day yesterday and I am in Florida. It was clear by 10 pm I was not to get the laptop next day. I would appreciate a refund for my excessive delivery charge. I have tried to call Best Buy but no avail. UPS stated Best Buy chose UPS Saver as a delivery option which means it is not guaranteed by next day. With all of that being said- Best Buy do the right thing and refund my money.
