I bought a small gadget on Thursday that i need for my car drive this Sunday. Today is Saturday. I selected Next day delivery which should have been Friday. On Friday evening, 7pm, I was informed that FedEx had finally been given the package and would start their delivery which would arrive on Monday. My rage at that point cannot be expressed nicely. Today I have called FedEx and refused the package. It is of no use to me after I get back from my trip

Thanks for reaching out about this. I can imagine why this would be infuriating. Thursday to Monday is certainly not next day service, and please know that we strive for better.
