Next buy keeps asking to verify my account

Hi! When I try to log in to her Best Buy account and Best Buy keeps asking to verify my account over again and I click on continue and I send a code to moms number? And click on continue and I need to verify his account to log in and i got the message says 

If the number you entered matches your Account Recovery phone number, we'll text a code to ***-***-3183. It may take a few minutes to get it.

If the number you entered does not match your Account Recovery phone number, we'll email a code to {removed per forum guidelines}. And I will send you a code to Best Buy and I need some help and thank you so much and have a good way as well and I'm stuck at verify account loop and I will send a code to moms number and I will quit sending you codes and happy birthday as well and his birthday is 2/6/2008

I understand you’ve been having some trouble, and I want to offer any assistance I’m able. It sounds like there may be multiple accounts involved here, although I’d like to gain a better understanding.
